All Prodoveil products are either made to order or produced in limited quantities. As each piece is carefully produced, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review your case and work with you to find a resolution.

To report a damaged or defective item, contact us on our form with your order number and photos of the issue.
